Pavel Sedláček

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of West Bohemia (former VŠSE) in Pilsen, from the postgraduate studies Management and research in corporate practice in the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Agriculture in Prague (today Czech University of Life Sciences Prague) and postgraduate specialised studies in real estate appraising at the University of Economics (VŠE) in Prague. In 1970 - 1988 he worked in various positions in Teroz Tachov (plant of Agrokombinát Tachov), from 1988 to 1990 he worked as a research and development employee in Agrokombinát Tachov, from 1990 to 1997 he acted as an appraiser,  in 1997 – 1999 he was District Branch Manager of Česká spořitelna in Tachov. From 2000 to 2006, he was employed in Česká konsolidační agentura (former Konsolidační banka Praha, s.p.ú.) as Deputy Manager in the appraising department and was responsible for internal appraising of real estates and for supervising external real estate appraisals. From 2006 to 2008 he worked as an internal appraiser for Wüstenrot hypoteční banka a.s. He has been working as an expert witness and his area of special focus is the real estate appraising since 1977.
