The appraising institute Appraising Alpha – znalecký ústav, s.r.o. was established in 2006 and it has been continuously developing a long-term practice and experience of its founders in the area of appraising. Expert opinions of the appraising institute have been carried out explicitly by authorised expert witnesses. The expert witnesses, besides providing their professional expertise, also provide appraisals on a theoretical level and they are also active in the field of professional expert publications. The company has the professional corporate liability insurance under the Act.

The company Appraising Alpha – znalecký ústav, s.r.o., is entered in the Commercial Register, maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 111606, IČ 274 17 905 and is also entered in the first section of the list of institutions qualified for appraisals in the area of economy within the scope of expert authorisation for appraising enterprises and their assets, securities, real estates, intangibles and claims in the construction.
